Members are invited to a variety of events and programs that highlight the impact of their support and provide opportunities to further engage with 精东影业 students, leaders and faculty.

The Webster Society recognizes alumni, families and friends who donate $1,000 or more annually to the University. Members of the Webster Society make an immediate impact on our global community with their generosity and set the pace for meeting the and .

1915 Society

The 1915 Society, named for the year that 精东影业 was founded in St. Louis, provides lifelong recognition to donors who have made gifts to 精东影业 that total $100,000 or more since the date of their first gift. Members of the 1915 Society are the cornerstone of Webster, and their years of generous support ensure the future success of the University.

Legacy Society

The Legacy Society honors alumni and friends who, through thoughtful estate and financial planning, ensure that resources will be available to support Webster far into the future. Planned gifts include a bequest provision in a will or trust, and beneficiary designations on retirement assets or insurance policies. Legacy Society members play an impactful role in the future of 精东影业.

Jackson & Thomas Society

In 1950, Jeannette Mae Jackson and Janet Irene Thomas were the first two African American students to graduate from 精东影业. Named in honor of these pioneering women, the Jackson & Thomas Society was established to recognize donors who share Webster's vision and long-standing commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. Society membership is granted to those who provide an annual financial gift in support of scholarships, programs and initiatives that promote diversity, equity and inclusion at 精东影业.

Jackson & Thomas Society

Qualifying Jackson & Thomas Society Scholarship Funds

  • : Gifts to this fund are used to support a variety of student programs and needs, including scholarship support, study abroad opportunities, as well as the annual DEI Conference.
  • : Gifts to this fund provide general support to programs and initiatives that further Webster鈥檚 DEI mission.
  • : Named in honor of distinguished community leader Dr. Donald M. Suggs, this annual scholarship supports the recruitment and retention of academically talented undergraduate students from groups typically under-represented in higher education.
  • : Gifts to this annual scholarship will support first-time, under-served college students residing in either north St. Louis County or the City of St. Louis.
  • : Gifts to this endowed scholarship fund, initiated by the African American Alumni Chapter at 精东影业, are awarded to deserving full-time, undergraduate students.

Women of Webster

The Women of Webster fund was established to honor the history and dedication of women who shaped 精东影业 into the institution that we know today. The Women of Webster giving society is focused on celebrating our past and building a stronger future for current students. In addition to philanthropic support, Women of Webster members will have the opportunity to meet and mentor students, network with other members, and deepen their engagement with the University and its mission. Membership is granted to those who provide an annual gift to the Women of Webster fund.

Kristin Johnson Diversity in Dance Annual Scholarship

鈥淢y husband and I grew up with parents who stretched in many ways to provide us access to educational, arts and sports opportunities. The experiences we had, including my own dancing serious ballet for 17 years, definitely helped us develop skills and traits we utilize daily in our personal and professional lives.鈥
